  7.   D'Bridge  is a  commercial product  and we  offer the "demo" version
  8.   only as a  courtesy to potential customers. If  you use D'Bridge, we
  9.   ask that you purchase your  copy from the authorized D'Bridge dealer
  10.   in your own country. Depending on what part of the world you are in,
  11.   one  of these  documents contains  a list  of dealers  in your area:
  12.   DB-USA.TXT, DB-EUR.TXT and DB-AUS.TXT.

  23.        - A  'license  key'  allowing  you  a  single-CPU  license  for
  24.          D'Bridge   Single-line.  This   license  key   will  be  sent
  25.          electronically  via EMAIL.  You must  either be  listed in  a
  26.          public EMAIL  network or be  willing to poll  your dealer for
  27.          your key  file; we do  not ship you  anything physically; you
  28.          must  receive the  license key  using D'Bridge  or compatible
  29.          EMAIL system.

  31.        - Free  access to  any of  our support  EMAIL systems to obtain
  32.          latest  information,  help  and  to  find  out where links to
  33.          support ECHOmail conferences may be obtained.

  35.        - Limited  customer  support  from  the  support/sales  centers
  36.          listed  in this  document. Our  dealers also  act as customer
  37.          support centers and can answer most questions you might have.
  38.          Some dealers also offer  support services at additional cost,
  39.          providing  responsive  solutions   to  your  D'Bridge-related
  40.          questions and problems.

  42.        - Free  upgrades up  to and  including version  1.59. When 1.60
  43.          becomes available,  an upgrade fee  will be charged  to those
  44.          wanting to use  the newer version. (You must  pay the cost of

  51.          to use the current version in an 'as-is' condition.

  54.          that there are thousands of  users and only one author, there
  55.          is no way that Chris Irwin can respond to technical calls all
  56.          the time.

  58.        - Any  warranty  of  proper   functionality.  This  version  of
  59.          D'Bridge has  bugs; the next version  will probably also have
  60.          bugs. Although  we do our very  best to bring you  the finest
  61.          PC-based EMAIL system the market has ever seen, we absolutely
  62.          do not guarantee anything beyond  the fact that D'Bridge will
  63.          occupy disk-space and/or memory.

  108.          or  even a  small company.  Our direct  support services  are
  109.          available for the company who needs and can afford this level
  110.          of support.  It is rather expensive,  but available for those
  111.          who need to get problems solved quickly, by the one who knows
  112.          D'Bridge from the inside.

  114.        - "Almost 24-hour"  telephone support. Rates vary  based on the
  115.          time  of  day  and  the  location  of  Chris  Irwin. Sleep is
  116.          valuable  and  time  is  billed accordingly. VoiceMail/Mobile
  117.          communications assure maximum reachability to those customers
  118.          who  can need  to see  results quickly.  Sure, there are many
  119.          activities  that  can't  be  interrupted,  but usually 8-hour
  120.          response time should be  worst-case, unless an airline flight
  121.          takes longer than that.
